Reaching Heart Partners Offices from the:
North
On M-63
On M-63 (which becomes Main Street (or BL-94) in St. Joseph) continue South through downtown St. Joseph. Turn slight left onto Niles Avenue and continue 3.25 miles. My Heart Partners will be on the right.
On I-196
On I-196 ending continue right (west) onto I-94. Follow the East On I-94 directions below.
South
On US-31
On US-31 from Indiana (which becomes SR-63) turn left at light in Scottdale. Continue on SR-63 (which becomes Niles Road) just across I-94 North 0.25 mile. My Heart Partners will be on the left.
On I-80 (I-90)
Take I-80 (I-90) Exit 72, turn left (North) onto US-31. Follow the US-31 directions above.
Coming from the East
On I-94
Take I-94 Exit 27 and go right (North). Follow Niles Avenue North 0.25 mile. My Heart Partners will be on the left.
Coming from the West
On I-94
